I myself snored for over 10 years before I found the perfect stop snoring products that worked best for me. It was a trial and error period in which my wife and I would bring home and test just about all the stop snoring remedies you could find.
Here are some of the stop snoring solutions I used and my experience with them.
Stop Snoring Mouthpiece
This product worked OK. It’s not a very complicated device to use. I ordered one online and when I got it I had to boil it in water then dunk it in cold water and then put it in my mouth. You suck on the mouthpiece to extract any remaining water and then you bite down on it so that it molds to the shape of your teeth and mouth.
Sounds kind of complicated but the whole process only took me about 2 minutes.
Overall the mouthpiece kept me from snoring a little bit. I had problems trying to get used to breathing while it was in my mouth and it would frequently fall out.
Overall I woudn’t recommend it.
Stop Snoring Pillows
These stop snoring products are created to position your head and neck so that your airway is opened as much as possible. Since obstruction of your airway is what causes snoring then this product should have worked a lot better than it did.
I think the main problem with the pillow is that there’s no way to keep your head in the same position all night. I roll around a bit in my sleep so I would turn out of position making the pillow useless. Plus it was too stiff and uncomfortable for my taste.
Nasal Strips Stop Snoring
Nasal strips are these things you put on your nose that pull back and open up your nasal passages. I have to say that these did NOT work at all. Maybe I snore because of a different reason than congested nasal passages but I got zero benefit from using the strips.
Stop Snoring Spray
Of all the things I tried this worked the best. It also didn’t require me to wear something uncomfortable. A few sprays and it would work surprisingly well. My wife told me that I was more quiet with the spray than I was with any of the other stop snoring products I tried.
I highly recommend the spray.
So if you are suffering from snoring problems then give the spray a shot. It’s not very expensive and works so you really have no reason not to.

A salesman at our local mattress store told me about the same product you are talking about and recommended it based on his personal experience. There is a small concentration of ingredients and so I’m not sure how it works but I haven’t been snoring and my wife says it’s working. No side effects that I know of.
I can’t hear myself snoring at all. But I read your post and bought the SnoreZip stuff and my wife hasn’t heard me since. She snores to and used it and I haven’t heard her either. I give it 4 stars.
